Like so many incipient forays into the world of diet and exercise, mine proved more confusing than informative, more bewildering than beneficial. Well-honed marketing machines powered by supposedly vetted gurus layered upon my psyche a contradictory mess of knowledge that left me in a place worse off than where I began.
The struggle against issues of weight and obesity came about for me at age nine. Not much changed over the course of my teen years as I entered my freshman year of college sporting a 42-44 inch waist. One deprecating inhalation of a buffalo wing platter inspired a cardio-heavy regime that had me eating air sandwiches whilst training every single day. In three short months I dropped over 1/3 of my body weight and entered summer unrecognizable to both friends and family.
Since then, I’ve spent over half a decade researching, applying, and in turn educating others on how to avoid the very mistakes I made early on. The good news is that, while the fitness industry is confusing, the actual process and means of reaching your fitness goals is simple. It took me far too long to realize this, and it was only after hiring an industry-leading fitness researcher and counselor did I come to understand this key maxim.
I now offer my services, my knowledge, and my lessons learned to a committed, motivated, and eager clientele.
My approach is client-dependent. Every program element is customized from the ground up, covering nutrition, training, supplementation, and lifestyle. I make a commitment to educate each client, to bestow upon them the means to live a healthy lifestyle and maintain an exceptional physique for the rest of their lives. In pursuit of this aim, I offer a variety of programming options to fit any budget or goal.

For those wanting to pick my brain and have their questions answered, fitness myths debunked, or individuals seeking objective feedback on a program they’re following, this is the perfect option. The contents of our discussion are dictated by you, the client. I ask that clients provide me with a list of questions to which I will research and respond to by e-mail, with one follow-up for clarifying purposes. In addition, I offer consultations by phone and instant messaging.

For those individuals who need a little more in the way of guidance, program design fills the stopgap between my one-off consultation services and my monthly consultation program. We will assess your particular needs and performance targets then develop a program to help you achieve your goals.
