f) would seem like common sense but in the fitness industry it&#039;s not (in fact there is little common sense e.g. you have to eat if you won&#039;t to lose weight e.g. calories don&#039;t matter) and in fact I have heard many bb consultants say something along the lines of.... if the food tastes good it can&#039;t be good for you</description>
